  • You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Return must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (such as food or flowers).

4. Exchanges

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 – 10 business days.

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g. incorrect or defective item), we will cover return shipping costs.
  • Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
